Georgia Banking Company Announces Public Filing of Registration Statement and Planned Nasdaq Listing
ATLANTA, GA. - October 5, 2026 - Georgia Banking Company, Inc. ("GBC" or the "Company"), the holding company for Georgia Banking Company, today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 (the "Registration Statement") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") in connection with the proposed direct listing of its common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market ("Nasdaq") under the ticker symbol "GBC." The proposed direct listing is subject to the Registration Statement being declared effective after SEC review and the satisfaction of applicable Nasdaq listing requirements, and subject to market and other conditions.
The Registration Statement
covers the potential resale of shares of the Company's common stock by existing
shareholders and is intended to facilitate a public market for those shares.
GBC is not conducting an offering and will not receive proceeds from sales of
shares by existing shareholders.
