Please review the checklist below and be sure to perform the actions listed on or before the indicated dates to avoid interruption in service.

  • Administrators will receive an email with Business Direct Online Banking login credentials. With these credentials, login to the Advance Preview Site to:
    • Verify account information
    • Verify profile information
    • Review and set up users
    • Review templates, including ACH and wire
    DUE AUGUST 27, 2025 - SEPTEMBER 10, 2025
  • Attend Business Direct Online Banking Training (We recommend accessing the Advance Preview Site during training) ATTEND ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 AND SEPTEMBER 10, 2025.
  • If needed, print your current Georgia Primary Bank transaction history prior to receiving your interim bank statement. DUE SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 AT 4:00 pm.
  • Print or download any Georgia Primary Bank Business Online Banking transaction history including ACH, wire and transfer history you might need for reference purposes. DUE SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 AT 4:00 pm.
  • Print or save electronic bank statements that you may currently access via Georgia Primary Bank Direct. DUE SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 BY 4:00 pm.
  • Print and save account transfer information from Georgia Primary Bank's Business Online Banking prior to conversion. DUE BY SEPTEMBER 12, 2025 BY 4:00 pm.
  • Click here to download the Georgia Banking Company mobile app on your mobile device(s). DUE BY SEPTEMBER 15, 2025.
  • Reestablish any scheduled transactions in Georgia Banking Company's Business Direct Online Banking. DUE ON OR AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2025.
  • Reestablish Bill Pay payees on Georgia Banking Company's Business Direct Online Banking. DUE ON OR AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2025.

Georgia Banking Company's Business Direct Online Banking Required Actions

August 27, 2025 - September 10, 2025

  1. Access to our Advanced Preview Site will allow you to prepare for migration. Login information will be emailed the week of August 25, 2025. The Advanced Preview Site will be available to Administrators beginning at 9:00 am on August 27, 2025 and will be available until 5:00 pm on September 10, 2025.
  2. Set up user permissions.
  3. Review Templates for ACH and Wire Transfers.

August 27, 2025 - September 10, 2025

  1. Print your current transaction history if you need it prior to receiving your interim bank statement.
  2. Print or download any transaction history including ACH, wire, and transfer history you might need for reference purposes.
  3. Print or save eStatements via Georgia Primary Bank Business Online Banking.
  4. Access to eStatements will no longer be available on Georgia Primary Bank Business Online Banking after 4:00 pm on September 12, 2025.
  5. 45 days of Georgia Primary Bank transaction history will be available for viewing in your new Georgia Banking Company Business Online Banking.
  6. Print out ACH and wire transfer information prior to September 12, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
  7. Ensure that you reestablish your Bill Pay Payees after September 15, 2025, on the Georgia Banking Company Bill Pay system.
  8. On September 15, 2025, reestablish any scheduled transactions in Georgia Banking Company's Business Direct Online Banking. These include: ACH, Bill Pay, Internal Transfers, and Wires.
  9. Remote Deposit Capture clients only: You will be contacted by Treasury Solutions to download and install new Remote Deposit Capture software.
  10. Download the Georgia Banking Company app on your mobile device by September 15, 2025. You must login to Georgia Banking Company Business Online Banking before downloading and using the Georgia Banking Company app.

FAQ's for Treasury Solutions Clients

Q If we have users set up on the current system, will they automatically get moved over?  Or will I need to set up everyone again?  For example our bookkeeper has access today.

A

All current users on the Georgia Primary Bank online banking platform have been migrated onto the Georgia Banking Company online banking system, Business Direct. Admins still need to login to the Business Direct on the Advanced Preview site to assign their Users roles and permissions.

Q Does this portal have the ability to deposit checks by phone?

A

Georgia Banking Company has a Business Mobile app, accessible in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The Business Mobile app has Mobile Deposit as part of the solution.

Q Where do you do ACH payments?

A

The ACH module is located on the Money Movement tab within Business Direct.

Q Will you still have positive pay for checks?

A

Georgia Banking Company offers both Check Positive Pay and ACH Positive Pay. Following the system conversion, 9/15, please contact your Treasury Solution Officer if you would like to add this service.

Q  Will account numbers change?

A

Your current Georgia Primary Bank account numbers will not change once they are migrated over to the Georgia Banking Company system.

Q Our account is currently set up with our office number which does not receive text. How can I get that changed? 

A

Once a Company Admin logs into the Advanced Preview Site they can change or add a mobile phone number to the user profile. Q Is there a manual for business online banking? 

A

The Business Direct online banking user manual has been posted to the Welcome site. You may download it here: /business-direct-user-guide

Q Can you have more than one primary admin? 

A

You can only have one primary administrator but can also add multiple users with administrator capabilities.

Q Is the test site going to be the live site or will it be different?

A

The Advanced Preview site will be incorporated into the Georgia Banking Company live Production site on 9/15.

Q Will our routing number change? 98% of our payments are ACH.

A

Your routing number will not change. The existing Georgia Primary routing number has been incorporated into Georgia Banking Company.

Q Should we be able to see balances or just account numbers?

A

In the Advanced Preview site only account number information will be available. Balances will begin to show starting on 9/15 when the system goes live.

Q Will wire transfer instructions be provided?

A

Wire instructions are included on page 17 of the Welcome Guide. If you need additional information, please contact us at either [email protected] or 866.711.4530 option 3. One of our client support specialists can help you.

Q Will the ACH Company ID for incoming and outgoing transactions remain the same?

A

Yes, the ACH Company ID will remain the same.

Q Is there a daily time when remote deposits have to be made?

A

The Georgia Banking Company Remote Deposit Capture daily processing cutoff time is 6pm EST. Additional processing cutoff times can be found in the Welcome Guide on page 9.

Q Will the admin be able to update existing phone numbers, so they will be able to login?

A

Admins have the ability to update user information once they login.

Q Will GPB templates be carried over to this new platform? If not, can we go ahead and start uploading banking templates for all of our payors?

A

Yes, GPB templates will carryover, but it is also recommended to export and save your templates.

Q Please confirm the date to print the Georgia Primary statement?

A

The Georgia Banking Company online banking system will display 45 days of transaction history. We recommend that you print and save any Georgia Primary Bank statements prior to 9/12.

Q Do all admins need to log in before 9/12 or just one person to make sure all accounts are in there?

A

Georgia Banking Company recommends that all users login to the Advanced Preview site before the site closes on 9/10, to ensure that there are no login concerns.

Q Will previous bank statements roll over in the new system?

A

The Georgia Banking Company online banking system will display 45 days of transaction history. We recommend that you print and save any Georgia Primary Bank statements prior to 9/12. Previous Georgia Primary Bank statements will be added to the Georgia Banking Company system sometime post system conversion.
